Crossing Creeks RV Resort & Spa of Blairsville, GA, is surrounded by the rolling green hills of northeastern Georgia. This lush RV park provides a spectacular experience, helping it to earn the “resort” designation in its title. Kentucky correspondent Casita Dean and his wife Laura offered up rave reviews after a recent stay.
While many sites in Crossing Creeks RV Resort are privately owned, owners can rent out their spots to visitors. There are rules regarding what types of rigs are allowed. Currently, they ask that your RV be at least 24 feet long and fewer than 10 years old, with some exceptions allowed with approval.
Back-ins, pull-thrus, and premium sites are available, all with full hookups. Sites are concrete and surrounded by manicured landscapes. Expect to pay $60-$88 per night. Prices vary by season and by site type. The park also has a number of beautiful cabins available at $165-$175 per night.
As we’ve mentioned, Crossing Creeks RV Resort strives for a resort-level of service. At this park, that includes a fitness center, pool, jacuzzi, and high speed internet (which actually works well according to Casita Dean). Dean also enjoyed the coffee and doughnuts each morning in the clubhouse.
Outdoor recreation can be found on the putt-putt greens, trout stream, and tennis court. Indoor recreation can be enjoyed at the poker table, pool table, and clubhouse. For true relaxation, check out the spa, with a sauna, steam room, and massage services available.
Organized activities are mostly aimed at adults, but there are many fun offerings. Start your morning with yoga, spend your afternoon knitting, and wrap up the evening with a poker tournament.
